they both won in my eyes, it was that great of a match. Pacquiao fought an awesome fight too. people like to exaggerate Morales' dominance sometimes, but Pacquiao was right there ****ing with him throughout the fight in every round.

I know for sure I came out of that fight gaining respect for both fighters.

Oh man Erik was/is a beast. The fight also showed that Pacman was human. Like a script from a movie it added drama to his ascension to the top. Losing probably added more to his legacy then if he'd actually won the fight in controvesion fashion.

it was one of those fights where you were happy to be a fan of boxing

Much love for them both but I have to feel if Erik didn't open up Manny with a headbutt it might have been a different result. Great fight either way.

But you also have to remember in their 1st fight they were not wearing punchers gloves so Morales was able to take those shots a lot better..In the second fight you seen how the body shots wore on Morales with punchers gloves..But it was a bad-ass fight in a whole and one that will be remembered for sure..

not so, morales was just shot already just watch the fight with zaheer rahim. Pacquiao also refused to give morales credit the first time because of "clitoris gloves".

Morales did switch southpaw in the 12 round and lost that round big time. Pacquiao hit him with the hardest shots in the fight in that round.

I had Pacquiao winning that fight but the headbutt made it look like Morales was winning to the untrained eye.
