There is no basis to say that, especially in this case where Haye's belt is paper and Wlad actually beat the champions for his. He actually beat the WBA champion as well.

Haye isn't in charge of the WBA you make it seem like he is the one who took the title off Wlad. Yeah your right the IBO title has way more historical importance than the WBA title.

Wlad is the ring champion true but the only significent belt he holds is the IBF. If you want to go by the ring belt which most do then fine. But Haye beat the champion too which is all he could do calling him a paper champ doesn't make you seem like a Haye fan does it?
