He was clearly hurt by a body shot. At times it looked liked he was hurt and about to go down because of the way he leaned down to his right, then he'd just pop back up like nothing. It was weird.

a couple ignorant statements..

first, the dude fought his butt off giving up many advantages such as 20 lbs

secondly, dude was getting hammered many different times throughout

the fight and never once gave up.

have some respect for a man who showed up and took a butt whoopin and

never stopped punching back.

i respect hatton for what he endured....


i dont understand some fight fans, hate on a guy who has no chance but

fights for his life anyways

Alvarez still has numerous flaws, but Hatton was definitely hurt several times in the fight. He was seconds away from being stopped in the 12th if he didn't hold on for dear life. Can't knock Matt's heart, but there's no need to make stuff up now.
