I wouldn't call Hatton a bum. He is what he is - a decent all around fighter with no glaring weakness other then that he has no real strengths either.

Holy **** what a fool Schaefer is.

Let is be on a PPV that I won't buy becuz hbo would be ridiculous to give a non-punching nobody a prime time date.

            Well said.

He doesn't deserve prime time dates that's for sure.

Actually, no, he fought his butt off. He just wasn't able to deter Saul, who was massive in comparison. Who knows, he may just not have enough pop overall, but I know Saul would have been stretched against Pacquiao @ 150.

Canelo is a joke and everyone saw that on Saturday. He will get seriously hurt against prime opposition. Kid has no defense and looks flat footed too. He has o.k power, but he will never last in the ring with any of the current big timers. Poor guy, DLH pumped this kid up to be something far from what he really is or will be. He couldn't even take out a sitting duck like Hatton. You could tell Alvarez was frustrated too.

I agree. He is fast actually and when he lets his hands go it's pretty nice. He just needs to learn how to counter more effectively. His defense is better than Ricky but his lack of power is his biggest deficiency. He should probably be fighting @ Jrww.

That's a good call, and a technically accurate evaluation.

The " bum " thing..... is overdone.

What you are saying is a little premature seeing as how he is only 20. Give it time, he will probably become one of Mexico's biggest starts and talents if guided right.
