Vargas was a good fighter, with or without PED's. For tge last time I'm not arguing anything one way or the other. R. Mayweather offered an unsubstantiated opinion. I offered a counter point, using Vargas as an example. That was a legitimate example and one can come to their own conclusions regarding the statements that Mayweather made.

Yes Vargas was a good fighter.

But, both his fights post Tito against Flores and Rivera he looked liked ish.

So much so, that Oscar finally decided to fight him after years of saying he won't Vargas the payday.

If Vargas would have looked "Ferocious" liked he has in pre Tito. Oscar probably would have never fought him. But, due to his ish performance Oscar fought him. And, then Vargas looked better then he had in his 2 previous fights. Even though getting KO'd he did look better.

And, since he tested positive then it's very well likely he did better because of the steroids.

Yeah, but your example was flawed because it's likely the PEDs Vargas took did enhance his performance. He hadn't looked that good in a long time.

Well then we agree, although his accomplishments at the lower weight classes were getting progressively better. Look I'm not into conspiracy theories, triangle theories. I don't believe Jay-Z is with the illumaniti, or a Mason. I go with the facts and so far the guy has come up clean. Does that mean is clean? Of course not, I'm smarter than that. But I don't believe Mayweather should supersede any formal organization or governing body in boxing. The guy really isn't that ****ing important in the big scheme of things. Until those testing policies are enforced by a given jurisdiction, then Mayweather is just flapping his gums and making excuses...which is his modus operandi.

I don't have Roger's perspective, I can address my own quite fine. And yeah, anyone who lies and contradicts himself over testing is su****ious.

People can say Mayweather is scared all they want the fact remains Pac has refused a $50 mil payday to take a blood test when you have to draw blood for aids test in boxing. Doesn't make a lot of sense.

Oh okay, so then he's definitely PED's? You have proof? Because some would argue that making assertions or being presumptuous without meeting the burden of proof, can also be classified as "DUMB".
