Statistically and size wise he doesn't matches up well with Martinez at all.

I don't see any Floyd steps in the ring against Martinez. Unless Martinez is coming from a long ass layoff, looks old all of a sudden, or a weight-class that benefits Floyd more so than Martinez.

Floyd didn't get to where he's at by being ******. He takes calculated move and will NOT risk losing that 0 it means too much to him. He feels that his legacy. That's why he keeps bringing it up.

That's a popular opinion your carrying, it's one that I don't agree with, but I can respect it

Call what bluff? There is no bluff? Just contradiction.

Forget what is said in the media cuz' that doesn't matter.

Focus on what was said on the contract because that is what matters.

EX: In the media Aaron Pryor calls out SRL, interrupts Leonard press conference, just a bunch of talk. Look at the whole legendary nights. And, it looks like Leonard ducked Pryor cuz' of what Pryor said in the media. However, when there was a contract set in motion. Who turned down the fight? Not Leonard.

Point is...What's said in the media doesn't mean anything. What's said during the negotiations and contract is what matter.

And, during the negotiation and what was in the contract there was a cutoff. Now depending on who you believe between Arum and Koncz, the cutoff date are contradicting.

Which is silly. How they can't get their ish together and come up with one story or excuse or whatever.

There isn't anyone else but Pacquiao that will make him his biggest payday to date. It's a high risk, high reward scenario and at this point of his career, he can't balk at this and wait for another opportunity. This is it.
        I agree....

The thing is, I honestly believe he'd do better numbers with Martinez than Mosley. The guy can sell, he doesn't really need a partner. But scratch that for a moment, look at what Martinez has been able to accomplish these last few years, they can hype this one don't you think? It's high reward regardless.

You'll never know man. Floyd is his own man. He can fight anyone he chooses. He may well surprise us by a move like this.

If that is the case, I'll give props to him for fighting Martinez even if he loses. **** the Pac fight. OTOH, if he beats Martinez, which I think he has a chance to by UD, what can I say? He doesn't have to fight Pac. That's all there is to it for him to seal his legacy.

I totally agree. However...it's why we know that the reason Floyd isn't looking there isn't because of a lack of money. It's too much risk.

                • This is ******. So manny is such an imcredible force of nature that the mayweathers are scared to back off the ost demands to make 50 million? Has he really looked like that much of a danger to floyd's health?

See it works both ways. They're both being egotistical grudge holding bit ches. jump.

I think Pac is a smart guy. I don't think he gets credit for his intelligence, maybe because of the way he speaks English or him didn't get far in school. People think he doesn't know whats going on or dumb. But, I think he's smarter than what people give him credit for.

And, I think he knows that if he stays with Arum and Koncz he can make a lot of money. Fight easy BS fights and nobody will point the finger at him. Because, the strong dislike for Arum and Koncz being seen as a snake they will be the scapegoat. All the criticism will go to them and none to Pac.

If Pac separates from them and makes the same type of moves. You can't blame Arum and Koncz anymore. The finger will start pointing at Pac direction and I think he knows that. So why change what he has now?

Pac is a pretty smart guy or maybe I just am giving him too much credit. But, I really think he's a smart dude.

Exactly. Pac isn't complaining, he loves it. You want me to fight who? For how much? Where do I sign?
