Then, months (literally) after Floyd moved off that 14 day offer, Manny comes and "agrees" to it (14 days) and they go crazy saying Floyd is ducking and how 14 days gets the fight done. Hilarious, you can't make this stuff up.

Plus, Pac has never said he was scared of needles anyways and getting blood drawn or any sort of phobia, so I don't even know where that argument comes from.

Demanding the test is clearly looking for a way out of the fight, that's what happens when you demand things in an even negotiation (as far as power goes) that have no precedent. Everything shuts down. Also, if people accuse you of something out of the blue in YOUR life, do you rush around like a little bit ch to do defend yourself? Hell no, not immediately at least cuz then you look like a chump. Now imagine that times a million because of the stakes. But that's only an excuse to me for the first fight. Manny's had 2 chances since then to step up.

I now blame Manny just as much or more than Floyd because Floyd is obviously not backing down from his stance and if Manny really wanted it, he would tell everyone publicly that "he's down for the test, lets do it right now Floyd, sign this right here".

They're both full of shi t and neither wants the fight.

He was at the table until the OST demands were made. He made a counter, they made a counter and he said *** off.

The protocol, which WAS NOT what's done in boxing. If you're tryin to embarrass a guy in this type of negotiation, things like this happen.

They can accuse all they want, but he's not gonna just lay down to that type of demand and lose face.
