Are you trying to be funny? Wlad is based in Germany. His promoter is German. Most of the fans who attend his fights are German. His primary TV contract is German. That's like saying that Canada is a neutral location for Bute and Pascal because Bute is Romanian and Pascal is Haitian; or that Britain is a neutral location for Chisora because he's Zimbabwean. And the judges and ref haven't been announced yet, so it remains to be seen whether they will be from neutral countries. But even if it turns out that they are, the location itself isn't neutral.

I think its better for Haye to go with all the odds against him i.e. in Germany, Klitschko's adopted home, that way he knows only a KO will do.

He has live TV contracts from 100+ countries. Are you claiming that
1) you know which contract is primary and which not?
2) that a fight in the USA would not be neutral ground in case HBO would broadcast it?
3) that he should fight in a country where they don't have a LIVE TV contract to make it a neutral fight?

Wlad's promoter is Wlad, fyi, and if you knew any better, K2 is on very bad terms with all the major german promoters.

The main reason this fight is gonna take place in Germany is because it is guaranteed a full stadium of people there. US won't do it and there are huge doubts Haye's team can actually organize it well enough to have a stadium in England. Money and glory is what both fighters after and Germany is the best place to get both.

Oh following up on the whole promoter side, Haye's main promoter is Wilfred Sauerlend, the most powerful german promoter who was involved in numerous hometown decisions and will be all too happy to piss on K2's parade via any means necessary.
