Kotelnik has beaten Maidana and arguably Alexander too.

    The way i see it:

Bradley and Khan are top 2, and we'll have a champ when they face off, hopefully in July.

    Maidana at number 3

Then (in no order) Alexander, Kotelnik, Judah, Ortiz, Peterson, Matthysse all beneath them. It's very hard to rank these guys - we need more matchups between them to be honest
Kotelnik took a bad beating off Khan and although I can't argue his fight with Alexander wasn't close, he still didn't get the win.
His win over Maidana on paper, Yeah it's impressive but he doesn't cut it with the big guys for me.

He even lost to Witter. The last three in my top five give the Top two in my list trouble anyday, Kotelnik would not.

Kotelnik don't get points for losing. He is in the top ten tho.

I can't see how Kotelnik cannot be top in the top 5.

He beat Maidana and he clearly beat Alexander, two fighters who are considered top 5 fighters at 140.

Bradley by a Margin, for beating then number 2 LWW
Khan - For beating then number 4 Maidana
Judah - Beating Mabuza for the vacant IBF belt, third biggest win in division as of recently no matter that it was Mabuza.
                Alexanser-only loss to Bradley
Maidana - only losses to Kotelnik and Khan with a win over Ortiz
Mathysse - only loss to Judah
Kotelnik - back to back losses to Khan and Alexander

the bottom four can not be above Judah due to he fact their last fights were loses, with Kotelnik dropping two in a row and Maidana losing 2 of 3 big fights, plus Judah has a belt. Bradley is ahead of Khan due to resume, being unified and beating a better last opponent. Watch the Alexander - Bradley fight again it was very competitive put aside Devon "quitting"
                sorry forgot Lucas beat Corley

and you could make an argument for Peterson and Guzman being ahead of Kotelnik and Lucas. IMO

                      1. Bradley
                      2. Khan
                      3. Kotelnik
                      4. Alexander
                      5. Maidana
                      6. Judah
                      7. Ortiz
                      8. Matthysse
                      9. Peterson
                      10. Urango/Mabuza either one.

The only reason not to have Kotelnik in the ranking is if you taking him off cuz he's moving up to 147. But, if you're going to put him in the ranking then he's top 5 without a doubt. Especially if you have Maidana and Alexander in the top 5. How can you not have Kotelnik it makes no sense.
