He turned down the opportunity to fight his sparring partner Herol Graham who was British Middleweight Champion, because Eubank thought he was good enough to fight for a World title (he claimed to be the best boxer in the world way back in 1989!).

You are the only person on the planet with that opinion. Your boy is the original paper champion.

sounds more to me like something James Toney would say.

Y would he keep saying WE ,wots all that about
Eubs would of struggled horribly with RJJ had they fought in 1996 when Eubs wanted it. But prime Eubank gives RJJ fits and wins his fair share of rounds (prolly the early rounds), ive said it once and Ill say it again- prime Eubank (every fight from Logan to Benn 2 not including Benn 2) is the one fighter who lives with RJJ

As for Toney, i believe he was a better boxer than Eubs in a way and better at traditional boxing because of his application. EUBANK HAD MORE TALENT THAN TONEY but Banks didnt take the sport seriously enough and i dont think u should get the nod of the judges just because u Look good. Banks Looked better than every1 else, especialy in the early rounds, but in Watson 2 and in Benn 2 he didnt look near as good as he usually did (prolly cos they were a higher class of opposition than usual). i think Toney would of beaten Eubs clearly had Toney fought Eubs on the night Eubs got a gift draw against Benn, but Eubs definately would of beaten Toney had Eubs fought Toney on the night he lost to RJJ,

why is it that in all the p4p of all time lists i have seen (and ive seen a lot), not once have i seen chris eubank or nigel benn or any other piddly ass SMW you regularly suck off?

does anyone else notice that ur the only person on the planet who speaks so highly of eubank and nobody else even mentions him when REAL boxing is being discussed?

gee, probly because eubank isnt anywhere near as good as you say he is.
Eubank was real good, but the guy didnt even like boxing , if he actually liked boxing and wanted to be wrote into the history books then he could of won everything and had the watson tragedy not happened he could of stopped every body. but the guy was only in the sport for the money ,and when u openly call boxing a "mugs game" u r arent exactly HOF material. infact i cant think of many boxers futher away from the HOF than Eubank ,he didnt go to america, didnt push for unification fights ,showed no heart at all aside from Benn 1,Watson 2,and his last three fights Calzaghe,Thompson 1,Thompson 2 (thats only five of 52 fights) and was in many ways a disgrace to the sport with all the posing between rounds and stuff. He will only be remembered as a showman because his showman stuff always overshadowed his fights themselves.

I honestly believe that had the watson tragedy not happened, then Watson and Eubank would of dominated boxing ! i really believe that. U see Watson was usualy a smart boxer real defensive and never leaded, but in Eubank 2 he suddenly changed his style to an allout attacking style that shocked every1 and his punches carried more venom at the heavier weight and Watson just looked unbeatable in that fight! my dad says that when Eubank somehow pulled out the win,every1 thought that Eubank was UNBEATABLE! but the outcome of the fight with Watson cripped destroyed Eubank and he wouldnt ever finish an opponent again and couldnt focus or take the sport seriously (but still good enough to keep winning easily)
