    I haven't seen Parra fight!
But I think being a two time champion, he might be dangerous for Moreno~

If Moreno loss to Parra, he can kiss his payday goodbye!

    I say, fighter Nonito ASAP!

Moreno did all this talking about how "Donaire won't be able to hit a ghost", etc and now he is going to fight someone else. I guess that's one way to interpret how Donaire can't hit a ghost, if he doesn't want to fight, he won't be there to be hit...

Gary Shaw went to Panama, Physically went to Panama, and offered a contract to promote the fight. According to the paper Shaw will pay Moreno $120k and Parra $30k. That's on the table(again according to that paper).

There is nothing on the table for Donaire.

It is said on that same paper that both Top Rank and GBP are interested in inking Moreno. However, NO contract has been presented.

There are talks and mentions of Donaire-Moreno...But, there is actually NO negotiations or contracts...There are just interest in both sides. But, again there is actually nothing on the table as far as Donaire-Moreno...The only contract that's on the table. AS OF TODAY is Shaw's contract in promoting Moreno-Parra.

Which makes you wonder if Top Rank/Arum is serious in making Donaire-Moreno since there has been mention about it for a couple weeks but still no negotiations or an offer? And, the fight is suppose to be in May? Ain't that weird? Also there is talks of Donaire-Cazares happening?

I'm just will wait and see.
Read Jroales' post and that will anwer your post. With Top Ranks track record i would bet Donaire will be fighting Cazares next.

A two-time champion? Parra was a flyweight champion. Nothing more. And that was four years ago. Parra hasn't beaten an opponent with a pulse since 2005. No way he beats Moreno or Donaire at this point in his career

If Donaire-Moreno doesn't come to fruition soon then I think Moreno needs to look at other options, even if it's just a stay busy fight against a journeyman or fringe contender. He hasn't fought since August 2010, he needs to get back in the ring.

            They can make Donaire-Moreno after.

I hear that and understand, I was just commenting on what Moreno had stated. And knowing Shaw's bitterness toward Donaire for leaving and Arum with his in-house matchmaking, it doesn't look good. It was just nice to hear that Donaire will fight any champion (like Tim Bradley) which is refreshing. I hope Arum doesn't make Donaire fight alot of meaningless fights again, he needs to capitalize now on his new found popularity. Cazares vs. Donaire doesn't interest me too much and what network is going to buy that. That sounds like it would end up on another Pinoy Power PPV...

why the **** would moreno sign with shaw? he'll never get a fight with nonito then.... even darchinyan was begging shaw to make the rematch with donaire and shaw ruined it.

I dunno why moreno would take the parra over the donaire fight. just give parra step aside money and fight donaire.

Well Moreno will be ruining his career then if he chooses Parra over Donaire. But then Bantam has the most talent in all boxing. Agbeko/Mares, Koki and other mandatories isn't all that bad. Donaire runs through all o them though!!
