And yeah it seems weird but moreno should wait a lil while bc a date on hbo againts the best banamweight in the world beats facing parra which would be the most boring fight ever bc both like to run alot and no tv covarege.
No not part of his team

How long is he suppose to wait though? I mean he hasn't fought since last July/August.

There is no contract on the table from Arum or GBP. Shaw is offering a fight for next month in April 23 or April 30. Very possible that it will be in Showtime, so there will be TV coverage...It will also COULD put him as the front runner, since he will have the Shaw connection, for the winner of the bantamweight tournament.

Again, they're not making any decision right now. They're still waiting. So they're doing what you want them to do in waiting to hear all offers. But, they have to make a decision very soon. And, there is only ONE offer on the table for next month...April 23/30 will be here in no time...So if there is no other offer on the table especially soon. They will have to and it will be a smart choice to take that Parra fight. And, hopefully they will be the front runner of the bantamweight tournament winner. Which will take place in April as well. So you see how it lines up?

Why will you payoff Parra if you were Shaw?

If Donaire-Moreno fight gets made, Shaw won't be in the picture it will be Top rank and just Top rank.

It would make no sense of Shaw to payoff Parra and then give Top rank Donaire-Moreno.

      Unless I am missing something...

Thats is the worst fight you could have on tv. Moreno is good but loves to make it ugly and parra is an ok fighter but runs alot hugs a lot and combine the two and you will have a boring ass fight. Moreno just seems like he is being cashed out either to donaire or the tournament winner.

          Cashed out?

I mean I favor him over anybody in the tournament. I think he can beat every single one of the. Worse case scenario give a great account of himself and give them hell. I don't think it could be called cashing out when you can very well beat every single one of them.

The only one at Bantamweight that I would favor to beat Moreno is Donaire. And, I still think at Moreno has a good chance in beating Donaire.

As a boxing fan I want to see Donaire-Moreno but there is no offer on the table. But, if you look at it, it will be a typical Top Rank move, mention a top fighter as a possible opponent and then turn around and make an in house fight(perhaps Donaire-Cazares?)

I can see why team Moreno will take Shaw offer. Again is the ONLY offer on the table, is a $120k(Maybe the highest of his career?) Is very well likely be on Showtime, gives him a bigger exposure than what he has. And, it could very well remove all the rust he has had since coming off a long lay. And, the cherry on top is be in line for the winner of the tournament.

Until Top Rank and/or Golden Boy comes with an offer where Moreno will have to make a decision. Then he will have to really think about what he wants. Because, as of RIGHT NOW, TODAY, Shaw offer is the only decision.

Doesn't Shaw promote Moreno? Or is he already top rank property? If he's already top rank then no, my idea definitely wouldn't be beneficial to Shaw. And it would be in his best interest to push the Moreno and Parra fight.

No he's neither with Shaw nor is he with Top Rank.

Obviously if Donaire offer is on the table then he might become a top rank fighter. But, the Donaire fight is not the table as of right now. I repeat as of today.

He's not a Shaw fighter yet either. However, Shaw DOES have an offer on the table.

Moreno is still waiting to hear all offers before making a decision. It's just that there is only one offer to hear at the moment.

If Parra is owed a fight then he should get his first.

if moreno really wants to fight donaire, he knows who to talk to and that is arum.....no one is in better position to give him that fight but arum.....if he signs with that fat **** shaw, he might aswell kiss his chnces goodbye since we all know how he hates nonito.....remember when jim grey asked darch about a nonito rematch, shaw jumped in and said " not a chance....

If there is no contract signed for the Moreno/Parra fight, I say that Moreno should go through with the Donaire fight. As a good gesture for screwing Parra over, the winner of Donaire/Moreno would have to fight Parra in their next fight. This would give Parra a chance to win 3 titles instead of just one. No one would really lose out.

im sure parra would'nt have a problem with that...but would'nt it be a stepdown for the winner to fight parra next tho?...and around that time, we'd have the winner of the bw tourney already waiting to get in the ring with either nonito or moreno....
