    Vitali Klitschko vs Lennox Lewis

    THE TRUTH

Vitali took the fight on just 10 days notice.

Vitali was clearly winning the fight 4-2 on all 3 scorecards at the time of the controversial doctor stoppage. Lewis was badly hurt, was holding on for dear life and was staggering around the ring like a drunk, he barely survived the 2nd round. Lewis was getting outboxed, outworked, outlanded and was badly hurt several times in the fight.

    punches landed

    Vitali 156

    Lewis 102

Lewis was exhausted, worn down and hurt from the accumulation of punches and was ready to get KTFO again, he collapsed onto his stool at the end of the 6th round, Vitali was clearly the fresher of the two, he was a man on a mission and would've KO'd Lewis for sure if the fight had continued.

All the fans at Staples Center cheered for Vitali and booed Lewis after the fight.

    Lewis promised Vitali a rematch.

Vitali destroyed Kirk Johnson in 2 rounds and called out Lewis again in the post fight interview. The scared Lewis retired shortly after that fight.

Lewis turned down 30 million dollars for a rematch and retired like a coward because he knew he would get destroyed by Vitali.

Vitali dominated Lewis and scared his bitch ass into retirement.

George Foreman: "Vitali was winning the fight. Lewis got lucky. There has to be a rematch!"

Jim Lampley: "A lucky escape for Lewis who was clearly losing the fight"

Even Emanuel Steward was upset and pissed off at Lewis for blatantly ducking a Vitali rematch.

Lewis is scared to death of Vitali.

Lewis was coming off the KO win over Tyson. In the Lewis-Tyson post fight interview Lewis stated "I'm like fine wine, I get better with age"

In an interview right before the Vitali fight, Lewis said "I'm at the peak of my powers, I will keep fighting for many more years"

Vitali dominated Lewis and scared him into retirement. That's a FACT.

LOL at how your trying to take ATG HWs out of the equation to try and inflate the Klits rating. Why don't you just do a poll on who is the greatest white HW born in the Ukraine.

Just answer the question dude. I hear all the time that Wlad and Vitali fight blown up cruiserweights, so who are the greatest HW's of all time, since blown up cruiserweights clearly suck and shouldnt be included in the discussion, so who is your top 5 HW's ofall time who didnt weight under 200 as pros.

Yep, doesnt count, just blown up cruiserweights, any success any blown up cruiser weight ever had was because of a weak division.

Wlaimir Klitschko fought in the amateurs in the "under 200" weight division, as did Deontay Wilder, who is even taller than Wlad.

Wlad moved up to heavyweight just before the 1996 Olympics.

Many of the heavyweights of the past would be cruiserweights (or blown-up cruiserweights fighting at heavyweight) today: Frazier, Marciano, Dempsey, Patterson.

Ali himself fought at under 200 or just over 200 for his 1960s fights.

                      Wlad's record:

                      http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?hum...7035&cat=boxer

Many of his opponents WEIGHED MORE THAN HE DID:

                      Thompson
                      Rahman
                      Austin
                      Jefferson
                      Moli
                      McCline
                      Koch
                      Shaheed
                      Purrity
                      Pannell
                      Dixon
                      LaRosa
                      McIntyre
                      Botowamungu
                      Martin x 2
                      Monroe x 2
                      Wolfgramme
                      G. Williamson
                      Maciel

For those 21 fights and a few others Wlad's opponents were bigger than he is. Frans Botha weighed exactly the same. About ten others were very close to the same weight.

Wlad has excellent boxing skills. If size was all that mattered, then the top heavyweights would be Marcellus Brown, Julius Long, Nicolay Valuev, Evgeny Orlov, Michael Grant, Tyson Fury, Alexander Dimitrenko and Tye Fields. All these men are bigger than Wladimir, but none of them are close to his athleticism.

Lennox Lewis was about the same height as Wlad, just under 6'6" and had a longer reach at 84" to Wlad's 81" and longer arms 29.5" to Wlad's 26".

Michael Grant has a reach of 86" and Julius Long has a reach of 90" compared to Wlad's 81".
