Wlad's movements are predictable enough to read and calculate for Ali--a master at adjusting to styles and countering his opponents with speed and accuracy.

That's true. Also, Wlad's ability to fight off the back foot would have caused Ali serious problems - Ali hated fighting people who went backwards, he liked to go backwards and counter himself, and wanted his opponents to take the fight to him - which was his problem against Jimmy Young.

That said, I think Ali would probably have found a way to win, but I agree the current version of Wlad would have given him hell.

I hope you're just posting that to wind people up. If you seriously think there is any comparison between Carnera and Wlad, you know nothing about boxing. Carnera and Valuev, maybe.
