No chance in hell Arum matches Cotto with Martinez. Cotto has no shot of winning that bout.

I'm not digging a Martinez-Cotto fight. I just heard Golovkin broke away from Universum and I wanna see him get a shot at Sergio instead. Either him or Pirog. Cotto is just a name at this point and he's not a 160 lber.

He says i wo't fight Pirog cuz nobody knows him but he (very reluctanly after avoiding him) fights Dzinziruk with even less of a name who is a career 154lb fighter?

Triple M Lineup for Cotto would be ridiculous

I have to see how Cotto fights Margacheato for me to determine weather he can beat Martinez or not. Foreman wasn't much of a test. Mayorga is a bum. I admit those things tho I am a Cotto fan. But if he shows some real nice skill and beats Marg down I would favor him in a Martinez fight. Cotto sucks against volume punchers, am I right? Martinez is not that guy. He's a boxer with some pop. I think if Cotto gets back on his old **** he can outbox Martinez as he usually outboxes the boxer.

Either way, if Cotto beats the 3M's this year that would be crazy. I would love to see it happen, a lot of people here on this forum would eat their words and feel ****** if he made a crazy comeback like that. Not saying it would happen but Cotto has definitely been crapped on lately. Let's see.

Pirog is a paper champion that is only known for beating a single up-and-comer. If Martinez defeats Pirog, everybody would quickly call Pirog an overhyped prospect and he'll get zero credit. Dzinziruk on the other hand is a legitimation champion and probably the best at 154. Dzinziruk is 100 times more credible than Pirog.

Nothing against Pirog, but he needs a couple more fights to establish himself before he deserves to fight a top p4p champion.

I believe this too. The only way any of the big names fight Sergio is if he becomes a huge boxing star (which I believe he will if he keeps winning) other than that. Dudes are going to avoid him.

Cotto can box but not looking at Cotto as a fighter that outboxes other fighters because when the pressure is on, Cotto gets discouraged. On top of that. Cotto is known for blocking punches with his face most of the times. He is prone to take punishment. If he was truly a fighter that could outbox someone, then he wouldn't take much punishment. I have never been totally sold on Miguel Cotto technical wise but he does come to fight, so I won't be one who craps on him.

I just dont see that happening

Sergio is fighting in Foxwoods which holds like 4000 people and i wouldnt be suprised if there were more Dzinzurik fans there then Sergio fans
