Why are people going in circles with this OST **** for the 6 millionth time. Pacquiao has said a bunch of times in print and on video that he is willing to take a test any day, any time. Since Floyd loves stalking him so much, why not take all of these quotes/clips and post them on his twitter/facebook like he's been doing recently and say he'll sign a contract now that Pac has agreed and he'll mail Manny's copy to Top Rank. Why not just call his supposed bluff? Isn't that the only reason the most lucrative fight in history isn't happening, because of a week of blood testing (even though 14 days was perfectly fine w/ Floyd and all his fans and then for no reason it suddenly wasn't)?

Look, if you can't see at this point that a man who calls himself 'Money' turning down the biggest pot ever is nothing but the biggest duck in the history of fight sports, then I don't know what to tell you.

All it comes down to is this:

The man doesn't want to fight. He's said it himself millions of times but his nuthuggers like to pretend that he's itching to get in the ring, but that's CLEARLY not the case.

2 weeks ago when asked this question about the drug testing, Manny didn't he would take the test anytime just to fight Mayweather. The man said " ...you gotta believe me.."

      Erm...what?

EDIT: Heck Amir Khan quoted him as saying, "..Mayweather demanded I take a test every day (WHY IS MANNY LYING?) it is mental and I'm not ready for." Why did he lie and say that Mayweather wants him to take a test EVERY day?

Xylocaine/liodcaine when used in boxing is a performance enhancing drug, plain and simple. Listen to what the head ring doctor says about it in this video (starting at 1:50):

It allows you to HIT HARDER for much longer than you normally can because you can't feel the pain. That's the definition of a performance enhancer, no wonder it's banned in most states.

Types of performance enhancing drugs (per wikipedia)

Painkillers mask athletes' pain so they can continue to compete and perform beyond their usual pain thresholds. Blood pressure is increased causing the cells in the muscles to be better supplied with vital oxygen. Painkillers used by athletes range from common over-the-counter medicines such as NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen) to powerful prescription narcotics.

My guess is that's part of the reason why Floyd takes so much time off from boxing inexplicably. He signs on to a fight when he needs money, shoots his hands up with his PED, and I think once it wears off his hands are a wreck and he needs a lot of time for them to heal. Probably doesn't want to risk life long damage by getting in there with a monster like Pac. But that's just my guess, who knows why he's so flaky and reluctant to fight more than once in a blue moon?

Hope that answers your question though

Funny how this "PED" isn't on the banned substance list in Nevada. But please show me evidence of all the states that its banned in. Rule of thumb, don't cite Wikipedia as a credible educational source. ANYONE can get on there and edit all the information for ANY thing.

That didn't stop him in the early 2000s, nor did it stop him when Roger was in jail while he fought Baldomir.

            Suddenly, its a problem?

Shouldn't be a problem if Manny is such an easy opponent who only fights shot, weight drained and come forward fighters.

You missed the point completely, went completely over your head. Let's try to simplify this, see if you can grasp it this time:

There are plenty of videos, sound bytes, and quotes from reputable news organizations that feature Manny saying he agreed to any test, any time, all of Floyd's demands. This is a FACT, whether you choose to believe him or not is irrelevant.

If Floyd is so eager to get in the ring and the only thing preventing this from happening is blood testing according to gullible fools such as yourself, then Floyd and his fans should be dancing in the streets- you're getting the fight that you all clearly so desperately want, no? Pacquiao says he agreed to everything, it's on record. Floyd should post these comments on his facebook, twitter, whatever and let the world know he's calling Manny's bluff. Tell everyone that now that Manny has agreed, on record in several publications, networks, etc he's willing to sign a contract, start the promotional tour, train, etc.

I mean, that's the only reason Floyd is on vacation, right?

How do you feel about Manny's answer(You just have to believe I am all natural) about taking the tests at the Mosley press conference?

I didn't miss anything, I pay close attention. What YOU have missed is the times in which he said that he doesn't want to me tested. No surprise there though.

What do you think I'm a 12 year old? Dancing in the street? Get that nonsense out of here. The fact is, rather you or the other grown men that follow Manny expect it or not, Manny has NEVER agreed to full blood testing and the way it looks, he won't. Manny was JUST asked this and straight said, " you gotta believe me, I'm all natural.."...what? If he's all nature he wouldn't have a problem doing the full testing from the jump...but uh...keep believing him.
