Garcia took the words right of my mouth... Ortiz sounds like a journeyman when he talks as if he's sick of boxing, not the right attitude at all. That's why its awesome to see guys like Khan and Bradley with the dedication that they possess. Maidana really did take Ortiz's soul.

This should only motivate Ortiz. I know he said he celebrated Victor's lost against Maidana but Robert's intentions right now are probably to help Ortiz, someone needs to tell Victor the truth. GBP is most likely expecting to see Ortiz lose, they invested their money on a weak-minded fighter. Victor better come with it and deliver against Berto, or this is it.

I don't think Robert is trying to help Victor at all. Stating that 30 people were jumping up and down celebrating won't help anything. That's very disrespectful, and I think they are in the wrong on this one.

We obviously don't know everything that went on between these guys (Garcia brothers, Ortiz, and Rios), but look how Victor has handled himself in public. He never bad mouthes anyone, and he is very respectful. If he did something bad, then say it. Don't just talk like this about him to us without telling us what he did. Rios has been very disrespectful. I like Roberto Garcia, and I haven't seen/heard him be disrespectful until I read this. I lost some respect for him after reading this.

Victor has caught non-stop flak since his loss to Maidana. He was 22 or 23 headlining a HBO event with a tough-as-nails fighter. Some of you likely haven't found your path in life by that age. Everything caught up to him, and he had a bad night. Nonetheless, he's a good man with a great heart. He's a good guy. Shame on you (Mxboxingfan) for calling him garbage; I'd love to know the kind of man you are, and what you've done with your life.

Regardless of what Ortiz did or ddnt do, if its true or not, Garcia and His Entire family look like spitful and bitter people, he cant expect any good to come from him blasting Ortiz everytime he's ask the question. Garcia cant blame a reporter whos job it is to cause controversy, for asking the question. I think by now, everyone already knows how garcia and rios feel about ortiz, but to just keep wishing ill-will and talking negative and derogatory is only showing whats in THEIR heart. So to me Garcia and Rios are just as f___ked up as the the guy their blasting, over and over and over again. If they allowed some outsider, whos not real blood related to bring division in, HOW STRONG of a family unity did they really have to begin with? hmmmmm. ?? p.s- especially when you havent heard a peep from Ortiz on the matter since he originally addressed it. Rios , Garcia and Family need to move on, stop talkn in the media on this topic, cause it aint Shining no bright light good will on your family, and it aint makin you look good at all. Hopefully ortiz gets KTFO! Ortiz was a huge prospect and everyone expected big from him. He is an exact example on how canelo alvarez will be when he faces class B fighters, cause fighting A class fighters its a suicide for the kid.

I've heard Mikey and Don Eduardo go on record saying that they've got no animosity with Danny taking over Victor's camp, but nothing has been brought up from Robert...

There was actually an article on here about 3-4 weeks ago where Robert explained the whole scenerio. Had something to do with Ortiz sending people over to threaten Robert and Rios over financial issues.... forgot what the article was titled but if anybody remembers please point it out

damn big rob sounds a little bitter. Maybe because he knows that Vic is a talented fighter and if Rob is able to help a bum like rios he is just having wet dreams of what he could have done with a talented fighter like Ortiz.
he is just being a hater and for that he will get whats coming to him. Man rob I thought you were a classy guy but margs ***ed you up and the fame that came with that fight too
