In the 70s? The K Bros would need to learn to handle defeat and comeback and how it feels not to be dominant and to fight a solid competitior at least once a year. And we're not talking chickens like David Haye, we're talking bad MFers like Kenny Norton, Ali, Frazier, Foreman and Holmes. Maybe three of those class of fighter in a year to get a title shot. Which they will never do.
Foreman is the kinda champ who came along and just held the belt.
He looks up to the Klitschkos because he never defended the title as long as them. The man collapsed after his defeats and became an emotional wreck who had to take a ten year lay off cos he went crazy chasing Ali.
The length of time they have held their belts they are in the league with the likes of Ali, Lewis, Leonard and Robinson. These guys are greats because of the way they dealt with defeat, like champions.
K Bros psychology hasn't been tested and Vitali is a bad loser fromwhat we've seen.
Would both guys crumble like Foreman or Liston?
Would they deal with it like champions?
No one knows.
