              i agree with the decision,but it should be for everybody...it's like pacquiao,if he wants to come in under the limit fine but he shouldn't have to force his opponent to,his opponent should be allowed to weigh in at the limit

                      WBC should have done the same to PACMAN in November, but NO he's well protected by Arum and Roach. How can you win a 154lb. Title when you never weighed 154lbs?
