In Torrecampo fight, Pac was just a kid back then, a 16 year old fighting full grown men. His fight against Singsurat if you have any knowledge about it. He was weight drained as fruck. The WBC stripped his belt even before the fight. He already lost the fight even before he climbs to the ring but to get the prize money he needs to fight for it. After the fight, he moved up 2 divisions above and the rest is history. Of course, you won't say this fact.

I don't criticise Pac for not avenging his first two losses. He wasn't a star then. He simply didn't have the drawing power to get it done, so he would've had to fight a bunch of contenders and work his way up again which may have taken years and required him to drain himself to very unhealthy levels.

I also don't think he deserves too much criticism for rematching Morales. Yeah he was coming off of a loss, but Pac wasn't considered an ATG back then and JMM had already turned down a rematch so the most obvious option had already been attempted. Maybe he deserves some criticism, but not a great deal. It's the third fight that was utterly pointless, not the second.

If you are a big star and you lose, you can get a rematch. If Pac or Floyd ever lose in the future, they'll have an easy time getting their opponent to do it a second time. If some random flyweight champ loses, his conqueror will probably move on to bigger, better, and higher paying things.
