I don't know about you but I was impressed by Acosta's performance despite the fact he got knocked out. I haven't seen much of him except for his fight with Antillon. He has good power for a slick boxer and uses the ring extremely well. He failed to stick to his game plan and tie up Rios when he should have. Rios obviously broke him down with the pressure he was putting on, but my question is what is Acosta's options now. I really hope he's alright, I know he went to the hospital but I haven't seen anything new about his injuries. Hopefully he can recover give us some good fights.
Even in getting ko'd not a bad showing at all, someone with a lesser chin and maybe even better skills than Rios could be stopped by him. Acosta has alot of talent and skill himself, I hope to see him fight again.
