Morales has always been crazy. This dude could've beaten most of his opponents easily but he fights down to the level of his opposition. He loves to get bloodied up and earn his money, he never liked easy work.

Maidana isn't overrated. He is one of the few guys who would give every (junior) welterweight a run for his money.

He has a heavy hand thats all , is very open and slow , I dont see much in him at all, not impressed sorry .

this is the example of a real mexican worrior that just wont give up stay home he wants to come back even thoe he knows he is not the same and fighting to me the biggest puncher today..i dont know a fighter in any weight class today that puts 1 single hand in your face and makes you dance salsa like kahn or ktfo like ortiz morales has respect win or loose for simple fact of stepping up to a worrior

I'm actually crazy but i think Morales will only lose by split decision. He probably does see some vulnerabilities in Maidana's style that he could exploit.

Maidana will end Morales' career in five rounds. Erik gave away his intentions; it's about the paycheck. Wrong reason to take a fight, and it's suicidal for Morales, who will stay in their, slow to pull the trigger and get himself dismantled.

I don't like this fight, if Morales was fighting Barrera again then people would treat it like RJJ-Hopkins II, a pointless fight between 2 past prime non-relevant fighters. However the fact that Morales is fighting Maidana somehow makes it HBO PPV material. Maidana is going to destroy Morales and it might be unpleasant to watch.

only way for erik to win is to box and not engage.
his experiences in tough bouts will count......
but then, erik has not enough power to hurt maidana, who will come like a "panzer" tank.
