Bhop won that fight. Making a man tired doesn't win you points in my book. Hop was 43. That was some serious guile in play to find ways to catch a breath. Any time he wasn't exhausted he was outperforming Joe.

How come Europeans like to argue so much with Americans? It seems like any time the fan demographic of a fighter and his origins line up there's some foriegn ****er blaming domestic fans for something. Maybe it's American fans....Maybe any fight that close has fans screaming robbery, and the obvious overlap makes it mostly Americans. Everytime it's close someone got "robbed". I'm a Calzaghe fan, and an American, but it's not like I get to jump right in with you boys you've directly attacked the American fan....which is me....and successfully alienated me from both the Hopkins side and the Calzaghe side of arguments. Basically i'm saying I agree Calzaghe won, but **** you anyway you hateful ****s. It's immature, and after having been there ( EU ) I can say from England to Germany is mostly *******. I found it a pretty hard fight to judge at times, a close fight and a few of the rounds were up in the air.
I did have Calzaghe winning though, wasn't a robbery in my book.

Don't talk **** I can't imagine people in Europe being hostile towards Americans for no reason if you were here, only the crazy ones who are hostile to everybody anyway, other than that I think you have a bit of an overactive imagination. This is the internet and this forum is a bit of a troll fest to be honest, there are plenty of Americans who will insult Europeans and vice versa, plenty of Puerto Ricans going at Mexicans etc.

Mainly it's due to the fact that the anonymity of the internet makes people act like *******s, take your post for example, you are saying what you would like to do to these imaginary people who threatened you and yet you are posting on an internet forum so it really means nothing, you are effectively talking **** in a safe place like those people you are whinging about. I had Hopkins winning by 2-3 points. Calzaghe really didn't land many effective punches all night..BHOP landed more clean punches.

according to compbox calzaghe landed 13 punches in round 2. i counted 1 clean punch(looked like hopkins blocked most of it but lets count it and be generous). according to compubox calzaghe landed 16 punches in round 5. i counted 1 clean punch. he can't even hit him! he can only touch him when he's clinching how pathetic. maybe compubox counts those lil taps to the back and shoulders while clinching even though those are non scoring areas and aren't really punches. just too much blazing hand speed for them to handle i guess.

Some people just blindly follow Hopkins, despite the fact that he's boring as hell and that his style partially revolves around cheating. Buying into a robbery cry is not that far off.

Some people just don't like European fighters, or Joe Calzaghe.

Or, and I hate to say it, some people of color just can't stand to see a white guy win.
