He started slow, and was getting hit often. Which is not surprising when a fighter is a pressure/stalking type fighter. He was landing here and there early, but not nearly as often, but those shots were taking their toll on Acosta. It wasn't until the middle of the fight that Rios started to take over and really started handling business. This reminded of a Chavez fight in that way. A really slow start followed by an eventual takeover.
