Donaire was more impressive because he won by dramatic kayo, moved up in weight, and beat a great fighter. Rios might of been a bit more surprising though. Many picked him to win but they probably underestimated Acosta and they probably didn't expect Rios to answer the bell the way he did in this fight. Rios went from an okay/club fighter to a possible force in the lower weights. Both fighters stock has risen immensely.

Do you give anyone a second chance? Conte is under a microscope. If anything fishy was going on, people would know right away.

How can you say that Rios is gonna beat up when he steps up? He did step up. Acosta who stylistically would be consider a very hard boxer to beat(pure boxer), fought his best fight and got knocked out. If anything Rios showed that he can beat any type of fighter by conquering what is considered the toughest style to beat. Rios showed a lot!

Donaire...and it's not even close. In fact, you should be ashamed of even making this thread. Not only was Donaire's victory more impressive he destroyed a possibly future HOF-er. Acosta was a good top 5 lightweight and was beating Rios in the first 5 rounds....
