Thats 4 fighters who did a better offensive job than Vitali.

There are probably a dozen fighters who did a better defensive job than Vitali. (Any opponent who lasted past the 6th did better than Vitali.)
LMFAO! You know that these guys will still try to debate opinion over facts don't you? lol

JoeyZagz is a ******ed lying troll who just can't accept the fact that Vitali dominated Lewis and scared him into retirement.

        THE TRUTH

Vitali took the fight on just 10 days notice.

Vitali was clearly winning the fight 4-2 on all 3 scorecards at the time of the controversial doctor stoppage. Lewis was badly hurt, was holding on for dear life and was staggering around the ring like a drunk, he barely survived the 2nd round. Lewis was getting outboxed, outworked, outlanded and was badly hurt several times in the fight.

        punches landed

        Vitali 156

        Lewis 102

Lewis was exhausted, worn down and hurt from the accumulation of punches and was ready to get KTFO again, he collapsed onto his stool at the end of the 6th round, Vitali was clearly the fresher of the two, he was a man on a mission and would've KO'd Lewis for sure if the fight had continued.

All the fans at Staples Center cheered for Vitali and booed Lewis after the fight.

        Lewis promised Vitali a rematch.

Vitali destroyed Kirk Johnson in 2 rounds and called out Lewis again in the post fight interview. The scared Lewis retired shortly after that fight.

Lewis turned down 30 million dollars for a rematch and retired like a coward because he knew he would get destroyed by Vitali.

Vitali dominated Lewis and scared his bitch ass into retirement.

George Foreman: "Vitali was winning the fight. Lewis got lucky. There has to be a rematch!"

Jim Lampley: "A lucky escape for Lewis who was clearly losing the fight"

Even Emanuel Steward was upset and pissed off at Lewis for blatantly ducking a Vitali rematch.

Lewis is scared to death of Vitali.

37 isn't really that old for a heavyweight.

Vitali turns 40 in July and Wlad turns 35 in March.

Lewis was coming off the KO win over Tyson. In the Lewis-Tyson post fight interview Lewis stated "I'm like fine wine, I get better with age"

In an interview right before the Vitali fight, Lewis said "I'm at the peak of my powers, I will keep fighting for many more years"

Vitali dominated Lewis and scared him into retirement. That's a FACT.

that NO ONE outboxes him & lives to tell about it. It's never happened & it's NEVER going to happen. I find it hysterical that haters predict in H2H matchups that so & so will get a decision over him. The reasoning being if you can't KTFO you surely can win a decision over him & believe it or not this is what some people think as long as there guy gets a W over him. I got NEWS for you guys.... it;s impossible to knock him out or outbox him so your ONLY way of winning is through bodily injuries>>> THAT'S IT...... that's the ONLY proof there is...kapish!

How come those fighters that supposedly hit harder have many more fewer stoppages than Vitali? Just because they can crack Lenny's glass chin with one shot doesn't mean they can do it with everyone.. & they were lucky shots at that & before you say Vitali couldn't do it.... he had Lennox reeling from one shot to the jaw in the second rd & who cares if Hasim knocked down Sanders... the beatdown he got from Vitali sent his ass back to the golf clubs for good. As k Sanders & Lewis who hit him harder.. You're comparing one lucky punch to 100's of fight ending shots from Vitali in the same bout.... Briggs said Vitali hit harder than Foreman & Lewis... All of Vitali's opponents have never bee hit harder..ask them..

Lennox opponents who lasted longer than Vitali.

                Ossie Oggasio
                Gary Mason
                Levi Billups
                Tony Tucker
                Frank Bruno
                Phil Jackson
                Ray Mercer
                Zeljko Mavrovic
                Evander Holyfield
                David Tua
                Mike Tyson

11 fighters lasted longer than Vitali and 4 fighters performed better offensively. Watch the 54 second mark of this video and you will see that Bruno did much better against a PRIME Lennox than Vitali did against the fat, semi-retired version 10 years later.

Vitali was not Lennox's toughest opponent, but Lennox is Vitali's toughest opponent!

Are you saying that Vitali couldn't even beat or KO a "past prime" and "glass jaw" in Lewis, yet saying at the same time he (Vitali) hits harder than FOREMAN!!!???

Which is it? Either Lewis has a glass chin or Vitali doesn't hit as hard as you suggest...lol
