Lightweight. Weak division for punchers so I'll just go with Brandon Rios. USA

Junior lightweight. * There isn't any strong punchers that are in the top 20 of this division*

Featherweight. *Daniel ponce De Leon *Mexico , or Rafael Marquez. * * Marquez is also my pick for the hardest puncher pound for pound

Super Bantem. * *Silence Mabuza. *S. Africa. * Also another weak division for punchers

Bantamweight. *Joseph Agbeko *Ghana. *
Super flyweight. *Hugo Cazarez Mex. *Or Cesar Seda PR but Ive only seen Seda fight one time so Thats why I pick Cazarez over Seda for now.

Flyweight. * Jean Piero Perez. *Venezuela. *I've only seen Perez fight once but compared to the rest of the flyweight division I'll pick Perez

Junior Fly. * *Giovanni Segura Mexico. *But if Roman Gonzalez gets more fights could be just as strong of a puncher as Gio is*

Strawweight. * Juan Palacois *Nicaragua or the new titleholder from Japan. * Kazuto Ioka but again as was the case with a couple other fighters above I've only seen him fight once against Sithsamerchai. Ioka from Japan has only fought 7 times now so his fights are hard to find right now **

Bute hits hard and is probably the best fighter in SMW (although Ward and also Froch could be mentioned as the best), but in terms of raw p4p punching power it has to be Abraham whether he's done or unsuccessful at SMW or not. He's in fact one of the hardest puncher p4p in general, but can't profit from his strength, because he's not very accurate and has a really big reach disadvantage against the likes of Froch, Bute,...

We're not talking about Mosley back in 09 against Margarito and when he was on roids. He does not have the same punching power. Cotto and Margarito at 147 are harder punchers than a roided Mosley and Pacquiao dropped Cotto twice easily and beat the **** outta Margarito easily.

Pacquiao just turned 32 and isn't even in his prime yet.

Berto shouldnt even been in the discussion because hes a complete hype job and only idiots think he has more power than Mosley let alone Pacquiao.

Pacquiao is the hardest puncher at 140, 147 and maybe 154. I know for a fact he hits WAY harder then Cotto and Margarito and there two of the biggest punchers at 154.

Just tune in May 7 and see who does more damage. Pacquiao will walk Mosley down and will be the first fighter to stop him.

Mosley destroyed Marg and Marg stopped smiling after a couple of rounds when Mosley landed those big shots. Pacquiao does not hit WAY harder than Cotto or Marg, he throws more with much more speed and accuracy. Hardest puncher at 154, dude get over yourself. Mosley is the hardest puncher at 147 followed by Pacman.

like its my opinion, but to say he's not is dumb, say you don't think he punches harder than Pac that's cool your opinion, but the dude hits hard as **** and harder than Pac in my opinion

Relax it's the internet and this site is infested with *******s. Pacquiao has 1 stoppage at 147 pounds, and with that stoppage he's the P4P hardest puncher at WW in the Milky Way galaxy, possibly the whole universe, ever.

1KO at 147 vs let's just say 21, don't feel like getting technical right now.
