Mosley and Berto have the highest KO ratio at WW.

LW: I wish it was Marquez but it's actually Katsidis. Funny they fought and Marquez stopped him. I think Marquez is the 3rd-4th hardest puncher in LW. But his technicality/counterpunching and breaking down fighters gets him KO's. As far as punching goes, he's not the biggest puncher at LW.

Green is not a real cruiserweight, most of his IBO title defences were at catchweights. The Green/Jones fight was at 180 lbs.

Lebedev and Frenkel are the two biggest punchers at cruiserweight.

Randall Bailey is P4P the hardest puncher in boxing. Any list that doesn't include him is laughable. And really, the biggest punchers in a division often are far from being the best fighters.
