1. hes old
2. hes been out of the game a long time
3. hes been drinking and doing *******
4. he struggled badly to make 168 in the end which forced him to move up, i think there is zero chance he could make the weight if he came back.
5. he wasnt all that good IMO, i think ward, bute and froch would beat him even in his prime.

thats just my opinion though, but the other 4 points are just plain facts. joe couldnt hang at the top level if he came back (obviously), he would get ktfo at this stage.
