He'd sh** his pants alright. That's how excited he would be to get in the ring with Calzaghe.

i think it wouldnt be as one sided as people think, I love Calzaghe, but think a first fight back after such a long time out would put him at evens with his lesser opponents.
Ward is not a lesser opponent better all around boxer

Honestly, I think Ward takes it for sure at this point.
Prime for prime is hard to tell. Maybe Calzaghe would be too much. Maybe Ward is already a good fighter and hasn't even reached his prime yet.
Still, I think Ward could hang in there, regardless. Close fight. I'd probably go with Andre Ward.
Right now Ward has a pretty solid resume in the super middle, same as Froch, both solid great resumes.
the dude is way younger and and has a younger career and both those wins were in better fashion.
But you insinuated that Joe didnt fight boxers in their prime. So if they werent in their primes when they fought Joe, they mustve been decrpit shot old bums when they fought Ward...:wank:

he dont have many wins against prime fighters, Kessler is prime still even after his gift from Froch but that was karma for Froch, And does Bika really have a prime? Don't mean they are shot, Ward is in the Super Six, got to fight who they put in front of him, flat out. But as for Ward being scared or he would lose is crazy man.

Well then neither does Ward. As I said, his best wins are Calzaghe's scraps.
