James has a Traumatic Brain Injury, he can't lose the weight even if he wanted too. Toney also has very low testosterone levels aswell.

If he should retire it's because he doesn't have it anymore and it's for his own safety. However money talks.

Shouldn't that enhance the fact that he should retire?

Toney is a man, he should fight all he wants too, and although he has that condition, he's had the lack of work ethic for even longer. He was around 220 in his last fight and around the same for Couture, so you can't just attribute his grossly out of shape conditioning to that medical condition.

Toney might have to get his ass beat to retire. I hope it doesn't come to that, but I know it will and even that might not stop him. He needs to be saved from himself.

and secondly, how does a brain injury relate to being able to lose weight?
