Sure, he's ginger, bad tempered and he's got a face like a chameleon, but I can't help feel sorry for the guy.

Hatton got frequently frustrated towards the end with all the deals falling through, but ultimately Warren delivered: he delivered him as a fighter and took him into a position to win the role of most prestigious fighter in his division. Mayweather is probably better, but it's up to HIM to prove it now.

Then what does Hatton do? ****s off and walks out.

So Warren puts a brave face on it, and brings Don King over tonight for a Calzaghe-Lacy warm up bout. "come on over and look at Joe, Don," Warren says (and this isn't strictly a quote) "bring one of your bums to give him some practise."


And what happens? Calzaghe ****s his hand up.

I can't help but feel sorry for Frank...

You know what, i like Frank Warren, he's always done a good job with his fighters. I cant help but think Hattons made a mistake leaving him, the only person who could replace Warren is Arum and that isnt likely.

Ricky hatton should have been a 7-figure fighter for the past 4 years with the crowds he's been drawing at MEN, but he's only had ONE million dollar payday vs. Tszyu....Warren's only success story was with the Prince

I wouldn't want to be him tonight but I don't feel sorry for almost any millionaire. The exceptions being, those who have been crippled, mutilated, or paralyzed or otherwise suffered great tragedy within their life.

All Warrens fighters earn better than anyone elses in the UK, Hatton hast fought anyone to deserve more than a million until Tszyu, and remember where talking about £'s not $'s.

Warren is a great promoter, he always looks after his fighters which is very rare in boxing today.

yea thats what i like about warren he makes sure his fighters are set up for life (finicially) before taking risks, annoying for fight fans but better for the boxers!
