The Ring have him up as Amercian that cant just be stating where he is based? Same with Segura, yet they have the Klits as Ukrainian.

Donaire has the case of the "tiger woods". The more he wins....the more american he'll be. The minute he loses, or crashes his suv in the middle of the night on his way to meet a mistress....he'll automatically be 3rd world filipino.

Because Clottey, while he has an interesting style, he has no charisma.

Stereotypical people probably think of 12 year olds with assault rifles in Africa when they hear his accent on tv.

I was referring to the fact that the more tiger won over the years the less black and more white as far as the media was concerned...and then all of a sudden became full negro when his dirty laundry got aired out in the open.

So if a Chinesse moves to Africa and learns the lenguaje, he stops being Chiness. Kind of ignorant to think that way.
Donaire learn English in America and His ETHNICITY is Filipino.

It's a pride thing, like not turning back on your heritage. My nationality is United States of America, as my US passport says, and all of my papers, and it's true, that is my nationality. But if I was a pro boxer, I would more than likely represent Dominican Republic, maybe just out of respect to the people that raised me, and the people I grew up around, also showing respect for myself. I'm pretty sure Nonito Donaire grew up around Pinoy's and Pinoy culture, that's why he represents the Fillipines.

And lol @ everyone trying to claim him now, when it is very obvious that Nonito Donaire is actually from the Dominican Republic.

Both. It's nice to actually have a humble Filipino champion who is willing to take tests and fight all top challengers.
