It is actually a complement. He has singled out Khan as the best of today's bunch but compared to the Haglers,Durans.Hearns and Leanards he is a nobody. He is stating there is no exceptional talent out compared to the names he mentioned and I agree with him. With the Exception of Pacman and Mayweather Jnr there are no modern day exceptionally talented freaks.

No it's not a compliment, he insulted Khan and every other fighter of today that isn't his nephew and only gave credit to the great black fighters of before.
