Brandon may be right.. but I hope Victor wins and these two end up going at it. Assuming Rios wins his upcoming fights.

on a surface level it has as much to do with the personalities overall of those involved and how they differ.

most of the people I am friends with are associated with Garcia and Brandon so while it seems that their story corroborates a lot of what others (TR and his former manager) have said I don't think I would be the fairest on this view admittedly
I thought so. Victor seems the complete contrast of Brandon to be honest, It's understandable they have had some run in's in the past.

Yeah thats true, I was just wondering if you had any info at all. Thanks anyway.

What do you think the possibilty of them meeting up in the future is? Since Ortiz is heading to 147 and Brandon is at 135, I can't imagine him staying there for a long period of time.

honestly both guys should just move on with their careers

Ortiz has a title fight on the line April 16th two divisions north of Rios who has his own title shot this Saturday. Rios has said he would like to unify against Soto/Antillon or JMM then move up to 140 while it seems Vic is up at 147 on a permanent basis

don't see it happening anytime soon

PLUS let's not forget the rival promoter thingy

            That's all very true.

            Ahh well.

Would love to see them settle their differences in the ring though.

After hearing what Robert Garcia, Rios and Mikey Garcia had to say, I don't think Ortiz will ever change, sadly. I think he's gonna pull the usual stunt, go on retreat mode once he gets touched up.

Yeah I heard what Ortiz had to say recently, seemed different, but his actions in the ring never changes. Boxing is also all about mind games, and he allowed Peterson to come back/ gain alot of confidence. I'll never understand Ortiz

I would say GBP are expecting to see him sink.

Hopefully Ortiz can pull this win out against Berto... A clash between the Oxnard Boys would be a treat down the road. But with the way things are going between GB & TR I just don't know...

I need to see it before I start to believe that.

Hopefully that is true because he has a world of talent he just needs his head in the game properly to fully utilize it
