Paper? lol paper is Andre Berto. Paper is not when you KTFO the reigning champ and defend the titles

No one looks the same against Hopkins. No one. Pavlik, Trinidad, Glen Johnson, Taylor, Calzaghe, Winky, Pascal, it's no coincidence that everyone who faces hopkins has their career worst performance. That is by design. Hopkins takes away their best weapon and when he does that, they usually have nothing left. Only extremely versatile fighters (like Calzghe) can get by but still look like ****. What does Tarver do? He has that one two he sets his shots up with. Once hopkins takes that away he's nothing. He did the same against Pavlik.

Ask yourself why do all these fighters have their worst performance against Hopkins? At some point you need to realize that the man in the ring (hopkins) is responsible for that.
Pascal is a crap champ anyway he doesn't ever look good to be honest as soon as someone steps it up he starts losing and Na that's not b hops fault and as for calzaghe okay I'll give you that two but like i said before his losses are almost better then his wins

It was a win, yes, but it wasn't really close. Calzaghe made a fool of him, causing him to resort to all his old tricks, none of which worked. Calzaghe was only playing with him and beat him very soundly, anf Hopkins was passed over for an Emmy for his poor "acting".

Calzaghe himself said later that it wasn;t the easiest of his fights since Hopkins was "awquard" to fight and look good doing it.

has hop ever beat an atg? besides a 41 year old roy jones that had been ko'd 3 times and was coming down in weight?
Every time I think "Hopkins" I also think "Morade Hakaar" "Wendell Hall", "Melvin Wynn" and many other deserving "championship" opponents. Like the 3 fights against Robert Allen, a guy he easily beat, and KNEW he could beat easily. I think until the Trinidad fight the best guy he fought was Holmes.

I think Hopkins must have by far the worst championship resume of ALL champions, until Felix Trinidad.

yea? you got all that from that quote? who said anything about ducking?

but if you want it, hopkins ducked calzaghe, ducked toney back in the day too, obviously ducked jones at lightheavy, he was deadly afraid of moving up without his opponent having to lose some weight to weaken them, ducking chad dawson like the plague, now it easy to discredit chad cuz he lost to pascal, brings no money no nuthin huh? yet bhop yaps on about how he wants to be remembered, and fights ornelas

i understand tho, high risk, low reward

also have you looked at hopkins vs decent fighters his size?
all smaller, he lost to taylor, lost to jones, lost to calzaghe
im glad he has that tarver win but too bad not everyone ages like he does
tarver comes down from 200 pounds and he finally beats a decent fighter his own size
