Mitchell has reportedly had motivation issues and if he couldn't get motivated for his biggest career fight then it's hard to see him competing above Euro level. It's sad 'cause I think Mitchell has decent ability to at least grab a world belt, albeit at Super Featherweight, his frame is far too small for Lightweight and he doesn't have the skill to compensate for that. Katsidis looked a lot bigger than Mitchell that night and Marquez looked like a beast compared to Katsidis, so it shows the huge gulf between Mitchell and the division's best, size and ability wise. I thought Mitchell would lose against Kats, but I thought it would be a tough fight, a war if you will with Mitchell being retired around the 9th. I didn't think he would bottle it like he did, Katsidis just came in and ran over him, bullied him across the ring. It reminded me of Rocky v Clubber Lang I, Rocky just could get Lang off. Katsidis was all over Mitchell.

Mitchell needs to get his act together either way, which ever weight he competes at, preferably Super Featherweight, though.
