Donaire hands down.... Pac was still a beast back then but he wasn't seasoned as he is today, he was so open to counter shots and we already know Pac had trouble with Morales and Marquez, both excellent counter punchers. It would've been a great fight, I'm still curious about Donaire's chin. Donaire as of right now > raw Pac.

Do any boxer KD an opponent by hitting on the chest area?

I would go for Pac by KO.

This doesn't go 12 rounds. Doanire is a better boxer than Manny and a good counter-puncher, and Manny's defence is poor, and he's been stopped before. I'm therefore picking Donaire by 8th round stoppage.

The problem with fantasy fights is that the underdog doesn't win, when in reality, the one-dimensional Pacquiao was upsetting fighters with better technical ability, better skills, better "boxers", and "prettier" styles than him in those lower weight classes. If he had never fought them, he would have lost those fantasy fights as well.

a "shot" Erik Morales upset Manny Pacquiao, by the way. Something that would've looked a lot different in a fantasy fight.

I do respect everyone's opinion in here. Anything could happen. Donaire IS the better boxer, but Pac just gets it done in that weight class.

so technical ability always win huh? thats not how the boxing works. in a fantasy fight they always win. in a real fight Pac always win.

Manny will beat Donaire by a K.O. if Pac vs Barrera didnt happen there was no way Manny would win against him in a fantasy match. Barrera was way too good to even think Pac would beat Barrera back in 2003.

Manny would be bigger than Donaire in 122 lbs. Donaire hasnt face anyone with speed, combination and non stop attack with a great chin like Pac. Pac has faced and proved that he can beat a technical fighters. i mean PROVEN technical fighters when he was still RAW!

so a counter puncher is a better boxer? that i dont understand. Manny can hit harder, faster hands, great footwork, best combination and PROVEN boxer. and you guys telling me a counter puncher is a better boxer than Manny?

Mannys defense is not very good because he is offensive boxer. he gets hit but he will hit you more and not just beat you but destroy you.
to say Donaire is a better boxer doesnt know anything about boxing. Donaire can counter punch then suddenly he is a better boxer? is that how dumb haters are?

The Pac that KO'd Ledwaba in 2001 was very raw and one dimensional. But, it was a hell of a dimension.

Against Pac, Donaire wouldn't have the 3 advantages he has so far in his career. Size, speed, and power. Pac would of more than likely hold all 3 advantages or be just as equaled.

Pac would have tested Donaire chin for sure like no one has thus far.

It would have been an interesting fight for sure.

however, as raw as PAC was at 122, people tend to forget how ferocious he was back then...this was PAC without the glitz and glamour...the PAC that was still super hungry...this was also a PAC that insane handspeed...for you noobs out there that think he's fast now, try watching his early ****

we dont know how poised Donaire would be against a whirlwind version of PAC...which is what he was at those weights...what if one of those patented PAC straight lefts lands on Donaire? how well does he take that shot?

we really wont know but in customary NSB manner, we have to say PAC loses...he's horrible in these fantasy fights

absolutely it would be an interesting fight...just the styles alone equate to fireworks...a natural counterpuncher vs a headhunting pressure fighter

the one thing that Donaire would need to show is poise...composure would be his main key in surviving and winning

he'd be assed out if PAC somehow lured him into a firefight..
