montiel is definitely top notch, you can tell he's top notch just when you see him training. all the mexicans hes knocked cold in his life know he's top notch, he just went up against what appears to be a once-in-a-generation talent at the top of his game.

if it wasn't for donaire i really think montiel would've had some success with that title, and he might have one again in a year two if he gets back on the horse

Montiel is a solid fighter. I followed his excellent run last year pretty close, Donaire just put him on ***** street last night so naturally the casual fans have lost interest.

It's just like Williams after Martinez.
