Klitschko's spar w/o headgear because they DON'T ALLOW RETURN FIRE from their sparring partners....this is painfully obvious in Vlad's most recent fights, when Brewster was barely glancing Vlad's face he began to fold like an accordion, it's technically not even "sparring" when they don't allow their partner to throw back, it's just batting practice

and to answer the other question, i have seen an la laker on tv talk about getting a chance to spar vk. this, of course was several years ago when vitali was in russia(i beleive) and since this guy was tall and athletic and they were in need of tall sparring partners, he was recruited.

vitali was only allowed to defend punches from what i remember. not throw punches.

i remember this; though it is not as impressive as sparring against pro boxers

Well I guess this answers my question. I have to admit I usually just look at the top of the board and nothing else. lol

That wasn't a very intelligent post. If that were the case, he'd be hitting a heavy bag instead. Folded like an accordion when Brewster barely glancing Wlad's face? lol
