Donaire's performance was more impressive, he knew exactly what he was going to do to get Montiel out of there, Sergio just closed his eyes and swung for the fences.

That punch, was a part of Sergios game plan, which is why he kept landing it for the duration of the fight.

Both fighters went in with a game plan and executed very well. Imo, they're even.

Which is why he landed that punch several times before in that fight

No such thing as a lucky punch

Yes i agree. Both landed their KO punch a few times before putting everything into the last punch

People need to get off the idea of lucky punches

Beating Pavlik and P-Will back-to-back is far more impressive than doing it 3 years apart.

Anyways, there is no official P4P list. But, in mine P4P Donaire is easily in my top 5 P4P. I don't know where exactly but somewhere with the likes of JMM, Martinez, Floyd, and Pac.

Top 5 for sure, but how can you put him at 2? This is his only great win since beating Darchinyan, and his opposition was very soft between that time period with the exception of Sydorenko.

He stays at #5 for me also.

Right now, Pacqiauo, Floyd, Martinez and JMM are the top 4 until one of them loses.

Other than them, Donaire is the next best on the list IMO and has a very bright future.

i never liked the kid too much since i am a big fan of darch and i always said his competition were lacking compared to how highly they kept ranking him but after watching last night's fight, i'd be lying if i said i wasn't the least bit impressed. i already said on one of my previous posts that this match was more to retain his status rather than to advance, unless he wins by a very dominant fashion and i stand by those words.

i am still undecided if that huge ko/tko is enough to dethrone jmm but for now he sits comfortably at number 5.

                      Right now:
                      1) Pacquiao
                      2) Mayweather
                      3) Martinez
                      4) Donaire / Marquez

By the end of the year (my prediction):
                      1) Pacquiao
                      2) Donaire / Martinez
                      4) Marquez
