I agree on all accounts. What a shot, Donaire is a beast for sure somebody to be reckon with. He's a tough out...It will be hard to beat him.

But, now Donaire I guess just said that "it doesn't matter if it's at 122 or 126, you will see the Donaire out there."

So that to go along with Arum comments and with the whole thing with the scale yesterday. Make me almost 100% positive that Donaire will move up to 122 without facing either the winner of the tourney or Morenno.

Which sucks, but not surprising. I said this when the fight got signed that it didn't matter who won this fight that the winner was going to move up and not fight neither of the other elite bantamweights.

Moreno is just too good, he's risk is so high but the reward is not there to take a fight with him at this stage in Donaire career. Guys like Juanma and Gamboa are risks as well but there are also rewards to go along with those risk. Is different with Moreno nobody really knows about him. And, sucks cuz' he's the closest thing to Whitaker we have. Not close to Whitaker level. But, the closest thing to Whitaker that we got.

        Maybe, maybe not.

Nishioka is also susceptible to a left hook it seems, kinda like Hasegawa, when Montiel clocked him with the same shot, ironic that it's the same weapon that knocked him out.

I was surprised that Montiel came in at 134 pounds. He is a lightweight.

It's a credit to Donaire for making weight. Hopefully he'll move on to bigger and better fights. I haven't seen the fight yet but from I'm reading, Montiel never stood a chance. Vegas rarely gets it wrong. Cong**** to donaire.

I'm glad the Bantamweights are getting more recognition now but at the same time I'm sad because now idiots are going to talk about them.

Unless they just follow Donaire in which it seems he's leaving.

That's because there was a reward with Montiel fight...

There is way more money in a Montiel fight than a Moreno fight...

Montiel is somewhat known, been on HBO, been on PPV's, has the whole Mexican fan base...He brings other things to the tables besides just risk. Moreno is not as lucky.

He brings no money to the table, no fan base, has a title, but that is it, he just brings more risk than anything.

And, I'm pretty sure Donaire would fight Moreno but we all know top rank won't make it happen. They to not do fights where the risk out weighs the reward. Their history proves it.

@ 126 he stands a chance against rigondeux or juan ma. I don't know about gamboa though. I think Gamboa is a beast and the best in that division

Whenever I've watched Nishioka, he's been open for straight right hands.

                      simply amazing speed and power...

reminiscent of vic darchinyan's knockout loss...

montiel knows he can't afford to make mistake...but he did...
