Yes he is and cannot debate that but greater than Roy Jones Jr in his prime? Do you cosign that? I am not anti Pacquiao but I'm not going to kiss his ass either. Talking about I'm throwing rocks? This coming from a Manny Pacquiao fan? According to YOU guys. No one is greater or better than Manny Pacquiao and that is completely false. Everytime there is an article on Pacquiao and another fighter is mentioned. Here come Pac fans either saying that the fighter is scared (Mayweather) when Floyd tried to make the fight happen. Then there is the HATER fighter (Martinez) when all he said was he thinks Floyd would beat Manny in his eyes. Now you have the Roy Jones. Considered to be one of the best fighters in his prime in the sport of boxing who had a great run and now all of a sudden Manny is more skillful and is greter than? Do you see a pattern here? I have documented posts that I have given Manny his props and just due. Can any Pac fans say the same?
NO... PRO AFRO AMERICAN I WOULD SAY...

It's funny to see how most afro americans on the board and in the game **** all day on Manny while most white, latino fans don't.
    I WONDER WHY??

Afro american boxing is almost dead, will be definitely in a couple of years and Asian pride Pacquiao is the new face of boxing.PURE JEALOUSY.

There is no reason to **** on Manny Pacquiao. This cat is good news for the game and ANY TRUE BOXING FANS won't diss Pac all day like that.

    You are a joke G.

Now it is a race thing? TRUE BOXING FANS wouldn't cosign everything Pacquiao does and ignore what's really going on. Only fan boys would support everything Pac is doing. Most of my posts are quotes and articles coming from the mouths of Team Pacquiao themselves, so if you want to be mad at someone, be mad at them because they are the ones exposing Manny Pacquiao. I noticed that I became public enemy #1 with the Pac fan community because I'm revealing the real deal. Talking about I'm a joke? This coming from a Pac fan, who buddies give you red K just for saying something negative or true about Pac? Pac fans are the real joke. "Don't say nothing about my man Manny!". Ha ha ha.... Pathetic.

There are some fgs in here who can't stand that Pacquiao has whipped the best Mexico had to offer, as well as guys like Hatton, Cotto, Clottey DLH and others. Admit it, ****s, Pac is a unique fighter who will go down in history.

But listening to *****s, they sound like Shane was undefeated when Floyd beat him (and walked on ***** street).

how about you stfu and do some research before you talk crap

manny's rise to the top and roy's are very different

roy should have been given the gold at the olympics he was far ahead of the pack from day one pacquiao has had to improve dramatically to get to where jones was comfortably residing at

jones' problems were more to do with him than his opponents when you are that far ahead of your peers (with an exception to McCellan) then it must be hard to stay focused

untill jones was knocked out no one (other then griffin in their first bout) came close to beating jones

for years he dominated opponents and struggled to stay motivated to keep beating anyone the sanctioning bodies threw at him

then after being knocked out his decline was rapid

pacquiao was a flawed fighter that had been stopped before but became great because he had special gifts and roach nutured them and made him into a monster

but pac isn't fighting young lions he is fighting guys that are either shopworn or old and past it so really there isn't any risk of him getting old in the ring anytime soon especially if they keep lining him up with guys that mayweather has already beaten physically and mentally

that being said pacquiao has proved himself in a way roy never could because there was never anyone great enough to give jones the test that he needed to show us how great he really was

                  skill wise jones >>>> pacquiao

but pacquiao was tested several times and came through at the other end as a p4p champ it's something only very special fighters do but i believe jones was just as special if not more
great post, let's see if Pac will stay the P4P king for a Decaded like Roy did

The way I look at it, is Roy Jones is still doing what he loves.

Big deal he lost and got older, it's not like many are beating father time.

I don't look down at Roy for fighting and losing. If anything I kind of admire his willingness to pick himself up and go after it because he enjoys it and enjoys the money and cheers.

Not many people get to do what they love and get paid a bunch of money for it.

I am also cool with Manny wanting to go out on top and quit when he's lost the desire.

It's not like either of these guys even have to fight now as it is, because they are both financially set.

I don't know why people focus on what they say as a comparison of how good they are and who's better.

Retiring is not about lazyness, its about your body telling you youre no longer fast or strong, thats when its time to hang up the gloves
Maybe he didnt knew how to express himself in english as always.
