Ward has never gotten a controversial judges decision in Oakland. People who imply that are just trying to discredit Andre in any way they can.

It must suck for them that he just keeps on beating people convincingly in the ring.

lol Abraham can do a lot better.

I remember the Gevor fight being 5.75.

also champs like Sylvester, Sturm, Breahmer and Huck do about the same.

      Klitschkos do like 10 Mill.

Haye vs Valuev did 8 Mill on German TV.

      bla bla bla

        German fighters >> American fighters.

So 5 million people watch AA fight a journeyman, yet they're considering fighting Ward in California where the arena will be empty and nobody will care cuz' Ward is a bum and can't draw even in his own hometown?

If Ward doesn't fight AA in Germany, AA should withdraw from the tourney.
          " rightful " ?

Good point about that fight being in Germany, or anywhere but Oakland.

Hard to argue with 5mil viewers

Secondly, Ward draws plenty of fans when he fights in Oakland. He is not Tim Bradley. He has a pretty big following in Oakland. Finally, the judging in Germany is so bad that Ward will lose every round that he doesn't knock Abraham down. The fight should be in the Garden, Vegas or Oakland. NOT IN GERMANY!!!
Good point. Hard to see Ward too ecstatic about getting his bags packed.

            But 5mil viewers

Ward has hardly lost a round since turning pro.

If ever he was going to walk into the jaws of death, it should be against the limited Abraham, and he has 5mil good reasons to do it.

              Against Froch, he just stank.

So that's one really bad fight.

Chances are he will do better against Ward -- and he has the power to knock anyone out.

He'll be a very live underdog in that fight.

Give AA some credit for not b*thing out of the Super Six tournament after two losses.
              The problem is......

After watching AA against step up against the top guys, not b1tching out of the Super-6 is the only thing that he can be given credit for.

Ward is gonna eat him, mark my words.

All my points on Ward, if anyone is interested.

That shows how badly behind U.S. boxing is when 1-2 million is considered a lot of viewers here. I remember when Mosley-Margarito had 2million viewers and that was like the Holy Grail. And these guys do 4, 5-10 million in those places like Germany, and 10s of thousands of tickets are sold for arenas in Germany, Canada, England. U.S. boxing is really far behind, all the US has is one big seller and that's Floyd Mayweather. Alexander also showed he can sell tickets in his hometown. Those are about the only 2 Americans who can sell anything, Ward in Oakland as well.
