the fillipino media is bashing nonito cause he is going against asian mores and creeds... like the khan, most asian families are controlled by the father. that's why khan's dad manages khan, same way nonito's dad managed and trained him.

when nonito went against these asian mores and creeds to strike out on his own, he became a pariah and target for the media.

that fact that rachel donaire is the new jinn mosley and that all this dirty laundry is getting aired out in the public is humiliating and sad for all involved.

pac and wifebeater jr when through the same *****. pac ran away from home. wifebeater jr split with his dad. but the sooner nonito squashes this drama, the faster he will rise in popularity in the phillipines. if nonito agitates and excites the drama even more... it will just hurt his fanbase in the Philippines and traditional pinoys living in the states.
How are you bashing Donaire for his father stealing from him?

Not only that but his father was the one that walked away

Gotta put a stiff arm in the forehead of girls like that man.

Donaire needs to man up, put his man pants on, and take control of his family. If my dad pocketed a grand from me for food or whatever the **** I wouldn't even sweat it and tell him to just ask next time if it bothered me that much.
You tell him to man up but then give him some pu$$y ass advice like that?

seriously... so what if he took $1000... that's your ****in dad. how much love, time, effort, and money did he spend to raise nonito????

a lot of you mofos ain't got kids... but if you knew that your kids were gonna grow up to disrespect you and humilate you on a national level, you wouldn't do ***** for them except the bare minimum... food, shelter, clothing and get the **** out of the house at 18.

seriously... wouldn't you rather just spend all your time and effort making that money and ****in them ho's.

that said, nonito's dad needs to treat nonito like an adult. I'm not surprised that nonito took off... I couldn't deal with an overbearing prick of a dad like that either. especially them military dads... **** that's gotta be hell.

first of all I wasn't bashing nonito.

I'm trying to explain to other westerners about asian culture and why the philipino media is crucifying nonito.

second, wtf is $1000 bucks compared to family? blood runs thicker than water... money can't love you, take care of you, or show you affection. I'll give away $1000 every time to have my fam.

Not only that but his father was the one that walked away
cause nonito and his handlers/managers/etc... shamed nonito's dad. that's what asians do... when you shame them, they don't do like ariza... they don't argue it out and then try to come back to work the next day. that's an asian thing that us westerners don't understand.

The thing is that his dad is the one that took off.

You're acting like Nonito did nothing for his dad and his too

If your pop went into your wallet and just stole $1000, you would simply blame yourself

you're parents are not suppose to be paid for raising their kids.

Maybe his dad should have thought about blood being thicker then water before he stole his sons money

They shamed him how? But calling him out on a theft? The shame came after he left

THey talk about respect, but its pretty hard to respect a person that steals your money and doesnt respect you.

yeah, cause nonito's team shamed his dad. us westerner's can't understand that cause we got no shame, but most asians can't handle getting shamed... and most asians will flip out if they get shamed by their kids.

You're acting like Nonito did nothing for his dad and his too
yep... that's what a family does. I do ***** for you, you do ***** for me.

depends on what he did with the $1000. if it benefits the entire fam, I got no problem with it. but if he took and and used it all on himself, then I might have to have a conversation with him. but my love for my dad is greater than my love for $1000.
