I don't get it,is he trying to compare Peterson to Mosley??Berto is a bum,lets look at Mosley last three fights and then look at Berto's..There is no comparison in that..So what Dibella is talking about makes no sense..Mosley is a HOF no matter how ya slice it,Ortiz is an unproven bum..

and believe me if or when berto got beaten, somebody here will commit suicide

Am I the only one who gives Mora any bit of credit? Not saying he's a great fighter, but I think he does some things pretty well...just talking stylistically, I think he'd be a problem for any of these welterweights going up to jr middle (just considering Shane)....(and no I haven't seen the Vera fight yet). Anyways, Bella went IN on Arum, but sometimes saying too much makes you look pretty ****** urself....why bring up the Vera fight? As if you'd make a fight with an unknown Vera and your brightest star, rather than matching him with a more recognizable name...I'm just sayin...and the PPV ****? C'mon man, you worry about filling 2,000 seats for a Berto fight, before you talk anything about pay-per-views...

I'm personally coming around to the idea of Berto vs Ortiz. I said this before, I think it looks good on paper, hopefully Ortiz comes out like he has something to prove and they can really make a fight out of it.

Arum shouldn't hate...he should get off Oscar's nuts...but to be honest I think Ortiz can beat Berto...but I don't think he's fully prepared...he needs to fight at WW against a top contender...Ortiz vs Ayeden woulda been good and winner faces the winner of Berto vs Cintron...oh well though...

Good for DiBella, he's 100% right. Arum is a backstabbing, money grabbing, scum of the Earth. Starting to think Arum is by far the most hated man in the sport of boxing.

BoxingScene.com received a call from promoter Lou DiBella, who wanted to respond to our recent story, where Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum took a few verbal shots at the nearly finalized welterweight fight between WBC champion Andre Berto and junior welterweight contender Victor Ortiz. The Berto-Ortiz encounter takes place on April 16, and HBO will televise the fight as a split-site co-feature to Amir Khan's scheduled clash against Paul McCloskey in Manchester.

Still LOU, you woulndt and still wont face Pudding chin Berto who has 1 legitamite fight in the MOST STACKED division in boxing and that was luis Collazo (who most feel won)Mosley supsequently destroyed Collazo ,Mosley almost had Mayweather out in the 2nd as Mosley said untill Berto grows the b***s to fight him and not some excuse of losing 3rd cousins when Mosley-Berto is STILL 2 MONTHS away to pull out.I mean seriously his big superfight,Margirito lost his OWN brother HOURS before a NOTHING fight and he continued.It JUST breaks down to warriors and chickens.
