There have only been two serious negotiations between Haye and Klitschko, and that was in early 2009 and late 2010. All of your other examples can barley be considered flirting.

Booth said they were in serious negotiations on all four occasions. And in all four cases, from the point when Booth said they were in negotiations to the point when he said he had pulled out took more than a week.
