I don't see how anyone could think Wlad is avoiding this fight in anyway, he has already signed to fight once and was I don't know if its still open but was totally willing to fight Haye right after Chisora.

Whenever the fight can feasibly happen its always a problem with Haye for one reason or another, when ever everyone is tied up then he talks and wants to fight. Its a constant pattern over the past 3 years.

He could sign the contracts today, if he wanted to, just as Adamek has done.

It's still open, for either July or September, against whichever brother Haye prefers. All Haye has to do is sign. But he doesn't want to.

And in any case, you're being ridiculous.

The first contract would have given Haye the opportunity to beat both Klitschkos, which is what he claimed he wanted to do.

              More importantly:

When Setanta folded, Sky stepped in, so to pretend Haye wouldn't have been paid is also ridiculous. And if Haye didn't want to fight under those terms he shouldn't have signed. It's that simple. Feigning an injury was a bitch move.

The second contract Haye turned down was in 2009, not 2011. It had similar terms to the first one, with Sky PPV replacing Setanta, and Vitali replacing Wlad. Haye agreed to the contract terms but then pulled out just one day before he was due to sign. Even if you think he was justified in turning down the contract, the timing of his pull-out was another bitch move, and combined with the feigned injury, it is the reason the Klitschkos will never trust anything Haye says again.
There have only been two serious negotiations between Haye and Klitschko, and that was in early 2009 and late 2010. All of your other examples can barley be considered flirting.

Vitali/Haye is the one that gets blown out of proportion the most. The talks barely went on for a day and Haye never signed anything. It was about as significant as Pacquiao/Marquez III talks. Valuev had an actual physical contract that didnt include any BS clauses and thats what Haye signed.
You are totally missing the point of the post you were replying to, which was that Wlad doesn't draw up contracts, his management does.
Klitschkos are chess players. If you think they have zero input on how these ridiculous contracts are formed, you are kidding yourself.

You can dispense with the drama. Making 2-3 million dollars for a guaranteed rematch clause isn't prison, and if it's good enough for other fighters, it should be good enough for Haye.

So rather than stay in "prison" Haye chose the noble route of swearing he would never fight Harrison, then fighting him in what turned out to be one of the worst heavyweight fights in the last 20 years, and it was investigated for fraudulent behavior.

Maybe "prison" was the better choice.
