Weird, I didn't even know Wlad spent time creating contracts.

I do believe Haye is the man to 'Knock OUT' Wladimar. I'm sick to death of the talk, both parties are to blame for the fight going under. We can all argue that Wladimar ducked Haye, and Haye ducked Wladimar, but it's tittle tattle.

The fight must happen for the sake of the heavyweight division. A highly anticipated fight such as this one would break the bank, on-par with Mayweather - Pacquiao. The boxing fans are the people losing out - nobody else for that matter.

            wlad is a disgrace
Two weeks ago all he would have had to do is say to the media: "Yes, I will meet Wlad in July. I will meet him in Mannheim in April to sign the contracts."

Turn up on the night of the Chisora fight giving it a big team UK thing, involve Frank Waren and bring contracts in a briefcase and make Wlad look like a girl in front of his home crowd if he doesn't sign.

Did he do that? No he dithered, looked like a girl himself and now looks worse.

Well done David Haye. You look not only like a coward, but a ******ed coward, which is worse.

And he wants to retire to go to Hollywood in October?

            Ooh lah dee dah!

its amazing that both these guys are tiptoeing around each other, and yet still trying to pretend they want to fight to the public.

I cant remember seeing something like this happen before.

The first contract had a Triple rematch clause that would keep Haye in a virtual prison if he were to win a belt or beat one of the brothers. And with Setanta folding, Hayed be doing all this fighting for free. Forced labor without pay = True Slavey

The 2nd deal wasnt so much a slave contract as it was a clever angle for Wlad to face an inactive Haye on July 2nd. Wlad has never scheduled a match where he didnt have some huge advantage inked at the negotiation table. THis idea of a match with no tricks or strings attached is new to him.

British boxing fans don't live in real world

Haye is a lightheavyweight who is trying to fight in an era where pro boxing is now legal in the former Soviet states and he isn't even a juiced up powerlifter like Briggs who went from 205-272. Briggs took one of the worst beatings in the history of the sport from the best heavyweight of all time and the biggest puncher of all time because his thick neck observed the impact of the blows which nearly killed him because he ran his mouth off and in Germany they wern't going to stop the fight until Briggs was dead. Sure in the U.S. there would have been felony charges, but this is Germany. I'm a powerlifter and bodybuilder so I know which combo of drugs to mix. Haye is way to small and he does't have any power what so ever. He was knocked down by a tomato can in Barrett who is taking out in 1-2 rounds by decent heavyweights and he fought to a draw with the huan statue Valuev and the fight could have gone either way. Vitali already nearly killed the helpless typical big mouth coon Brit we-hen Vitali and Natalia were having dinner and Haye walked in with his childish tee shirt and got grabbed by his neck and bairly left with his life and Vitali stole his cowboy hat at a press conferance. Stop being jealous and appreciate that you get the see the 2 best heavyweights there will ever be in Viali and Wladimir. Vitali would be undefeated if he fought with the refined defensive skills that he developed while retired. Before retiring he scored early ko's because he swung for the fences which led to him getting injured in 2 fights he was well ahead in. As for Wladimir Steward was a genious at developing the perfect style for him because he doesn't have the power, speed, chin, defense, punch arsenal, angles, footwork, and accuracy as Vitali who would have been the 1996 Olympic super heavyweight gold medalist if he didn't get banned which let Wlad move up to super heavyweight instead of draining himself. Steward made Wlad unbeatable by having him use the jab as a weapon by snapping it instead of pawing with it. It was genious, keep your opponents at bay with the jab, throw the straight right when you wear them down with the jab, tie up as soon as they do get inside, and finish them off when their gas tank is empty. Haye won't make it past Ruslan and Alexander because they are the best along with Solis, Perez, Ortiz, and Abdusalamov after Vitali and Wladimir. To put it simply Haye with his midet body and glass jaw is just your typical loud mouth chicken **** ***** who is inferior to the white man.

You are totally missing the point of the post you were replying to, which was that Wlad doesn't draw up contracts, his management does.

And in any case, you're being ridiculous.

The first contract would have given Haye the opportunity to beat both Klitschkos, which is what he claimed he wanted to do.

                      More importantly:

When Setanta folded, Sky stepped in, so to pretend Haye wouldn't have been paid is also ridiculous. And if Haye didn't want to fight under those terms he shouldn't have signed. It's that simple. Feigning an injury was a bitch move.

The second contract Haye turned down was in 2009, not 2011. It had similar terms to the first one, with Sky PPV replacing Setanta, and Vitali replacing Wlad. Haye agreed to the contract terms but then pulled out just one day before he was due to sign. Even if you think he was justified in turning down the contract, the timing of his pull-out was another bitch move, and combined with the feigned injury, it is the reason the Klitschkos will never trust anything Haye says again.

The third contract Haye turned down was in 2010, not 2011, and that contract was for a 50/50 purse split and no rematch clauses, which was exactly the terms Haye had asked for when he went into those negotiations. The fact that he was offered exactly the terms he had asked for and then turned them down and asked for more proved that he simply didn't want to fight either Klitschko last year, and that he had entered those negotiations in bad faith. That further ensured that the Klitschkos would never again trust his word.

In the case of the fourth contract that Haye turned down, which was this year, he had no justification whatsoever for turning it down. If Wlad wanted a warm-up fight before his fight with Haye in July, he had a right to have one. The reason Wlad wanted a warm-up fight was because he didn't trust Haye to turn up for their fight, because of the way the previous negotiations had gone. But that needn't have prevented Haye from fighting Wlad in July if he'd wanted to do so; and in any case, Haye also turned down a fight with Vitali in July, and Chisora had nothing to do with that; and he could also have signed and could still sign today if he wanted to, to fight either brother in September. But he doesn't want to. (The reason Adamek was forced to sign a contract to fight one of the brothers in September and was not able to specify who he would be fighting was because both brothers wanted to keep the date open to fight Haye, in the unlikely event that Haye grows some balls.)
