The agreement is for either of them. It's in case one of them loses against Chisora or Solis or if Haye comes back to the table. Haye of course would likely want to fight Wlad due to his weaker chin, so if he does come back they'll do Vitali-Adamek in Poland.

I see a knockout being Haye's only chance of a win against Wladimir. Whilst he has been knocked out before I have never seen him lose more than a couple of rounds in a fight. I am hoping Haye fights Vitali, because if he fights Wladimir first and loses, which is likely, we will be deprived of seeing him take a one sided beating from the older brother.
